From insurance auctions

Prior to vehicle selection, an examination is conducted on the vehicle's operational record within the jurisdiction of the United States.

The cost of restoration and the extent of vehicle damage are computed for every available option presented to the client.

Application for selection

You must initially submit a selection application detailing your desires for the vehicle; once received, the search and verification of available options begin.

Auction Process

After we find several options, our client must confirm. After client confirmation, we proceed with car auction. We will keep searching until the vehicle is found.

Payment

Payment for the lot and auction fee is due the day following the auction win. Delivery charges to Georgia are due within six to eight weeks. Payment may be executed in various methods, subject to individual agreement.

Recovery

In case customer requests, USA AUTO will undertake the complete restoration of the damaged vehicle, with detailed reports at each stage. We will prepare the car for transportation. and custom clearance process

Agreement and Insurance

Once the procurement has been utilized, agreement draft is conducted between two parties. After full payment is made, the vehicle will be registered on the customer. Insurance terms and condition will be included in the draft.

Transportation Process

Our organization will arrange vehicle's transportation to city of Rustavi, shortly after its arrival at the port of Georgia, where it will be either restored at our partner service center or prepared for export. Our customer is accompanied at every stage, including the preparation of documents for re-export.

Application

The cost of selection with a budget for a car up to 20,000$ is equal to 500$, with a budget for a car over 20,000$ the cost of selection is 1000$. The cost of selection is not refundable if the client refuses to purchase the lot corresponding to his request upon application.

Auction Process

We participate in the most famous auction companies in the USA, such as: Copart, IAAI, Manheim and other closed auctions. Each lot is verified against US history using Carfax.

Payment

Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer if the client has a bank account that works with SWIFT, payment systems and Cryptocurrency (USDT). Payment is made to the account of the logistics company, through a contract with full insurance.

Transportation

Payment for delivery to the port is made after the car arrives, approximately 2-3 months after winning the car. The cost of transportation is determined by the location of the car and its dimensions. Prices can vary from $1,500 to $3,000.

Re-export
